Our Corporate Sponsors
We are proud to provide recognition to those businesses that support VanderCook’s programs and events. Corporate sponsorships make it possible for VanderCook to offer world-class educational and musical experiences designed to prepare world-class music educators. We are extremely proud and grateful for corporate sponsorships.
Corporate sponsors may choose either a Comprehensive Sponsorship Program or to sponsor a single event. Comprehensive Sponsorships give you as a sponsor more publicity and opportunity to showcase your products and ideas, as well as to simplify the entire sponsorship approach. Recognition will include appropriately sized placement of your logo on our website, as part of virtual presentations, and on print materials, as well as verbal recognition of top sponsors at all appropriate VanderCook events. Sponsorship packages range from $1,000 to $50,000.
New Ways to Give for 2022!
We are launching a new venture for 2022 – a Comprehensive Sponsorship Program – to give you as a sponsor more publicity and opportunity to showcase your products and ideas, as well as to simplify the entire sponsorship approach. Recognition will include appropriately sized placement of your logo on our website, as part of virtual presentations, and on print materials, as well as verbal recognition of top sponsors at all appropriate VanderCook events. Reach
Our niche marketing is focused on music educators and lovers of music. In a typical year, approximately 80,000 music educators, retired alumni, parents, trustees of the College, students, and the Chicago community-at-large are sent digital or print promotions, all of which direct them back to this website. Our website is visited approximately 150,000 times per year. Â
Annually, we promote approximately 150 continuing education courses, three degree programs, at least a dozen master classes, a half dozen outreach events like Day of Guitar or Middle Level HonorFest, an annual Pops Concert, an annual Golf Outing, around 35 smaller student recitals, and around ten large ensemble concerts.

In-kind donations
- At VanderCook, we are very grateful to the companies who donate quality instruments,sheet music, music accessories and furnishings, alleviating the financial burden music colleges face.Â
- In-kind donations are also greatly appreciated at our events, where we need auction items, catering, and other event-related services. By giving in-kind donations, corporations allow VanderCook to focus on the fundraising aspect of our events, rather than the costs they accrue.Â
A Night at the Pops!
Our annual fundraising event, A Night at the Pops! provides a plethora of unique opportunities for corporations to get involved with our mission. A celebratory event of music, community, and the spirit of giving, A Night at the Pops! fundraises for our Great Teachers Scholarship Fund. The GTS Fund finances a number of scholarships that are awarded to our students, lessening their financial burdens and allowing them to pursue their dreams.
